If you see a duplicate account showing for one or more of your accounts, you can merge the accounts together by doing the following:


  • Click on the Accounts Page
  • Select the account from the Accounts List for which you have a duplicate account showing
  • Click on the menu icon in the top-right corner
  • Select "Manage Accounts"
  • Select the account and the duplicate account
  • Click on Merge
  • In the next pop-up, select the Primary Account Note: The Primary account should be the account showing the most current information 
  • Save your changes.
